Not sure about Wind from the Sea being playable - I thought that had to be played from a Noldor character

Nice deck. I've run Gray Wanderer Radagast and I use the Contract to start with Song of Kings. Maybe you do to and have 3x copies for backups? If not, starting with Song of Kings is great because it can give immediate access to Steward of Gondor, Timely Aid, and Very Good Tale -- all of which can be quite good for a deck like this with so many high cost allies.

Also a little surprised to see there's no Radagast's Staffs here, as they are really good in conjunction with the contract and Steward which gives Radagast and effective production of 7 Resources / Round.
