that looks much better. i personally not a big fan of double uniques if they are not very good cards. and then mostly go to 3, but that is kind of personal taste.

so i would definetly change Vilya to 3 copies and reduce Galdor of the Havens to 1 (he is nice but not so good as the other uniques elves you have in the deck)

would perhaps alter the count of the uniques, but that is personal ( Gildor Inglorion to 3 becaue if no Imladris Stargazer is drawn he can substitude it to full use of Vilya, Glorfindel to 1, because he is very expansive and because of his ability playable from discard, that makes him much more availaible, that 1 copy lands in hand or discard is quite possible)

would then either squeeze in a 3. Unexpected Courage (elrond ikes as much actions as possible (using Vilya, quest, defend x-times) and/or use some Miruvor. the Miruvor is specially good in 1. or 2. round where you cannot afford a Unexpected Courage

would discard 1 Silver Harp, Will of the West and 1 Hasty Stroke or Silver Lamp for more multiaction-tools.

With this many Noldor allies, I think you could add back in a Lords of the Eldar. Also, Guardian of Rivendell would be a great fit. Finally, I would take three Master of the Forge instead of three Vilya, although that is my personal preference.

@doomguard I updated the deck taking your further suggestions into account and played a quest with it last night and the deck is really going now. Granted it was an easier quest to test out the mechanics but it was a lot of fun. Thanks for your help.
