Premise
A Silvan deck running Council of the Wise. Council of the Wise is a great fit for Silvans I find since they want to run lots of events anyways and lack for innate resource acceleration (outside of O Lórien!). While you lose the consistency and immense combo power of the insanely good Host of Galadhrim-cycle (at least until a few rounds later), you still have a very sound deck that offers a multitude of nice effects through your diverse cast of allies and events.
How To Play
I like to see draw and especially resource acceleration (or a way to fetch it) early in. Getting out Legacy of Númenor or your Steward of Gondor/O Lórien will lead to a much smoother experience. From there on, you play loads of events, keeping your threat low and your hand full through Galadriel and the contract. Lategame, you can even set up your good old Host-cycle by combining Galadhrim Weaver with The Elvenking.
Considerations
In higher player counts, Campfire Tales, Man the Walls and Double Back become too good to miss and should be included. Hasty Stroke and Quicker Than Sight are more tech cards that are useful in quests that throw nasty shadow effects at you.
