Master of Lore 900
Ever since Prince of Dol Amroth was released, I've been wanting to build an Outlands deck with hero Imrahil. This is not the most powerful Outlands build and really feels like that desperate hour in Minas Tirith where Pippin and Bergil are watching the armies arrive and wondering if there will be enough allies are going to show up to turn the tide in the battle or not.
An attachment-heavy deck means that Master of the Forge is a good card to mulligan for, as well as Steward of Gondor. Don't be afraid to toss an Outlands ally or two from the opening hand as they can be retrieved later with Men of the West.
Play cards or use Protector of Lórien as quickly as possible early to trigger Galdor's ability and fill your hand with more cards to play. Although Imrahil often quests and defends early, eventually you will want him to be your main attacker with Captain and Warhorse. Hirluin can defend with the Destrier and Ioreth will usually have a ready supply of resources to heal.
Once Imrahil claims his title, his ability is a fun way to pull out an additional Outlands ally for bonuses each round or even to chump block and then return later with Men of the West. Every once in a while Outlands can actually be fun and playing them under the banner of the White Swan scratched my thematic itch.
Hoorah for the return of the Master of Lore ! :)
