Daeron's Runes is always good.

Interesting deck. Personally, I would take @GreenWizard's advice (free card draw is good), though the main change I would recommend is either doubling down on side quests (I'm thinking Gather Information and Prepare for Battle mainly, though Scout Ahead could also work if you have it) or cutting, either to 1 or completely out, Halfast Gamgee. In addition, Haradrim Spear plus Second Breakfast is an interesting combo, but the card it enables (Haradrim Spear) is cost inefficient, especially when your deck already has a surplus of attack power that should be ready come the combat phase (Thalion, Rider of Rohan, Yazan, Steed of the North + Legacy Blade Thurindir).

Some thoughts:

Why a single copy of Second Breakfast and Song of Hope? Skip these cards, I'd say. Use 3 DĂșnedain Pipes, spare ones can allways used to feed themselfs. The two hobbits do benefit from the side quest, but I am not sure if they are worth beeing in this specific deck. And as said above, Daeron's Runes!

Thank you @GreenWizard @AlasForCeleborn @Flrbb for your Input. I will take it into account and probably substitute Halfast Gamgee with Daeron's Runes. He was basically a solution for 'early questing'.

In Case of Haradrim Spear I found it thematical even If I know it is inefficient :) I tried to overcome that with a recycling by Second Breakfast. Probably i will cut it cuz of the reasons you mentioned.

In Case of Song of Hope i found it always a good draw (If so) to use piled Up Steward ressources.

Maybe dunedain pipes, Daeron's Runes and Peace, and Thought is too much card draw?

Have you any ideas to accelerate the deck since it usually takes 2-3 rounds to Set Up?

Thanks again!

@timinger What's your card pool?

Mar 11, 2021 GreenWizard 310

@timinger Also, from what I've learned, you can never have to much card draw. :)

@GreenWizard yeah thats right. My Card Pool is mostly everything except angmar awakened cycle and vengeance of mordor cycle (only Deluxe Box)

9 cards for card draw might not be to much. anyhow, Peace, and Thought is difficult to play. I really do like this card, but the cost of two exhausted heroes in the next round is quite high. (when you have a spare Harad ally in your hand, then it is just one hero for 4 cards, which sounds much better)

I don't know what state you call "your deck is set up", but in my experience a Harad deck needs even more rounds to be ready. As a side note: I rarely played Harad with Steward of Gondor.

Good adds would be Sneak Attack and Gandalf, and some cheap willpower, Erebor Record Keeper, etc. If you can get steward out early Faramir can bring a willpower boosts to the table. Getting early willpower out fast will help accelarate the deck a little, but card draw is also very important.

Shoot. Never mind what I said about Faramir, I realize you have the hero version out.

@GreenWizard yes right. Haha. And i think hero Faramir fit well here. However, need further deck testing.
