This card is a game solver.. no limitation about the bonus that we can add to a silvan or noldor: if you are using Legolas with the The Three Hunters and you have 4 attachemnents and two of this like Mirkwood Long-knife x2 and Silver Circletwhat about this bonus? He can attacks with 14? Great.. poor enemies .. or I'm in error?

Indeed. It can also be fun to give Elf-Friend to hero Treebeard and then play this on him for double bonus. — Alonewolf87 1921
My favorite combo is with Glorfy — Truck 1409

I've tried to use this card for a while, but there's just never been a situation where it was worth it for me to play this when I drew it. By the time I felt ready to spend a resource and play this card, I had enough allies that I could defend and attack with them rather than playing this temporary stat boost. Maybe I'm missing something, but this card just doesn't seem worth it to me.

It is best in a deck focusing on the heroes or one that doesn't have good attacking allies. It can be quite good for taking down bosses in three hunters or with the boost from strider in grey wanderer decks. — NERD 808
