This is a thematic Noldor deck - I like the Noldor trait a lot though usually play Spirit/Lore with Erestor. However this looka promising and fun as well.
How to play:
Put all the attachments on Cirdan. Mulligan for these and Elven-light.
Draw cards with Elven Light, Sneaky Gandalf and Gildor to pay for your allies with To the sea to the sea.
Ready the Powerful allies from questing using Narya, to be ready for combat.
Attachment duplicates can be discarded at the right moment to boost Warden of the Havens for defense.
