The goal here is use Caldara specificaly to make Imrahil a hero before replacing him with Thengel or Beregrond. At that point, use Will of the West to bring Caldara back into play.
Prince Imrahil does not have a threat cost when it becomes an hero, so Helm of Secrecy won't work on it.
