I struggled to put together a deck for this as a new player. I did the best I could to make this deck up from core plus HfG and CatC (so 2x Steward, 1x Unexpected Courage etc etc) making up the difference with the most obvious nice things from the Core set. Song of Kings took a really long time to come out, Henamarth never came out, Citadel plate never came out BUT I followed your strategy, and at the start of Stage 2 I had nearly my whole deck in hand as a slavering Grimbeorn took off up the hill at the Trolls. It was all I could do to keep up and join in. Very interesting deck, no healing, little questing or ally support. Taught me a lot about deck=>scenario. Cheers
