Nice deck. The events are meant for more of a discard-themed Noldor deck, but you don’t have many of the traditional methods to get cards from your hand into the discard pile. One possible change would be to add in a couple Protector of Lórien.
If you’re going to include Steward, then Reforged would be a good option to have another way to “cheat” Steward onto the board (though it might not be in your collection). I would also consider just dropping Steward completely, since by the time you set up a way to get it into play, you are probably set up to win the game already. Maybe substitute with Unexpected Courage, so Elrond can Vilya and quest/defend.
