Experimenting with Elrond and an Outlands deck, since both heroes can pay for allies of any sphere. Early game plan is to fish for Vilya and Elrond's Counsel to keep your threat lower, then spam the go to combo of Imladris Stargazer and Vilya.

I would add a few expensive cards to maximize Vilya, perhaps Firyal, or Jubayr?

a cheap outland more is better than some expensive ally most times in outlanddecks, but i would take 1-3 Faramir he is allways a top-ally
