If you don't have all the quest in the main deck. The cards in the sideboard are decent alternatives that play into the discard mechanic.
In terms of play style: Thengel gets the golden shield and a light-footed steed to both quest and tank Lothiriel gets horn of the mark and Windfola Eomer gets three horsies Arod, Firefoot and a light-footed steed
This deck is pretty low on resource cost since you will try to play expensive cards from hand through lothiriel and put them back into the deck to hopefully get them out with thengel later. Gamling is a key piece in the deck to recycle cards like Riddermark knight, Westfold lancer and Escort from Edoras. This version of the deck plays more search power than other version I've seen, with both need brooks no delay to play cards directly from yourdeck and mustering the rohirrim to add targets for lothiriel from deck to hand. I found the horse breeder to be a perfect target early on for mustering the rohirrim as it grants access to the mounts very quickly.
