Limited Edition Starter Decks

Decks originally built by inzKulozik, I've only added them to a fellowship. The two decks have been verified to match the recipe in the Learn to Play rulebook from the Limited Edition Starter set. They include all the player cards which came with LES and no cards from other sets.
