These two decks are meant to work in tandem to provide a steady stream of willpower and combat ability throughout the game. However, they really shine in the round when you use Eowyn's ability to give herself 10. I have tried these out with Tactics Eowyn proxied and it can get ridiculous in the round when you really need to kill a bunch of enemies. Eowyn, with Hour of Wrath, can wreck the whole board. The other deck is meant to provide a steady stream of cards and resources to both decks to enable all the crazy combos. Enjoy the decks!
