This deck is an attempt to do a progression style deck meant to complement the suggested decklist from the back of the Black Riders rulesheet. With two cores the only conflict with that decklist is Steward of Gondor.
This is probably not a top-tier deck as just the core and Black Riders doesn't give a very strong pool of allies but given the restrictions it should stand up reasonably well. Without any defense boosts you will be stuck chump-blocking but a paucity of card draw options outside of Valiant Sacrifice provides an additional justification for that strategy.
