The main objective of this deck is to abuse the willpower gain from Faramir. First you get a couple allies into play, use Faramir' effect, use Spare Hood and Cloak to ready him, use ability again, use To Arms! to repeat the process.
If you need to fight, then use the combo on SnGandalf (the classic Sneaky Gandalf). After he leaves play, collect the Cloaks with the ability of Bard, and use them again to draw some extra cards (Dales, remember?).
At the start, you should use Galdors ability agressively to get the deck running.
By turn 3 you should have 15+ willpower, potentionally around 30 for 3-4 turns, which shoould be enough for most quests. Alternatively, you could add will of the west to prolong the willpower abuse.
