A solo Burglar deck! Mulligan for an Elven-Light, also nice to see Sneak Attack/Gandalf, Dunedain Pathfinders to help get locations and some cheap 2 Willpower allies to bump up your questing numbers. Quest each round with Legolas, Gimli and any allies, then use Eleanor to discard any treacheries that pop up hopefully increasing your odds of drawing more locations into play.
Defensive items go on Eleanor or Gimli, Offensive on Legolas and Willpower either one.

Dec 20, 2019The Black Arrow is one of my favourites, but not sure which treasure I would swap it for, and also one time use versus continuously in play is another consideration. The ring actually readies Gimli as well which I would argue is the best effect it has and being able to defend twice is huge for him. |

Might I also suggest Black Arrow for the loot deck? Might be better than Ring of Thrór since you lose the put into play attachment a ability, which is its main appeal...
