This is an updated version of my "Zero Willpower" deck. See the original for the ridiculous design constraint that I gave myself.

Based on a recent Reddit discussion, I realized that The Grey Wanderer contract could do wonders for this deck. No more wasting 8 threat on a useless Bombur.

The most important card to see in your starting hand is Master of the Forge, hands down. After that, you're looking for Resourceful and Followed/Outmatched.

Assuming that you drew a Followed or Outmatched, use the contract to grab the other one.

I give this deck four paws up! I find that I’m using Followed and Outmatched together in multiple deck. Using Grey Wanderer to fetch one on the first turn is brilliant.
