This is a thematic, Gondor heavy deck. It relies heavily on getting a swarm of cheap Gondor allies out quickly and overpowering the Encounter deck with boosts from Boromir and Visionary Leadership.
Watch Denethor become distraught and crumble as he sees his sons and brother-in-law become injured on the battlefield. Then, laugh haughtily as you declare someone more worthy as Steward of Gondor. Have Prince Imrahil use his Squire of the Citadel as a meat shield and then ready up to make the vengeful killing blow.
For a more well-rounded deck, I replace Faramir and Prince Imrahil with Balin and Théodred. Add the other sideboard and cut down as necessary. Denethor is a sure cut.
