Éomer gets Firefoot and Gúthwinë.
Lothíriel gets Horn of the Mark and Steed of Imladris.
Théoden gets Snowmane and Golden Shield.
Mulligan for Horn of the Mark and second priority is Gamling. Usually you have a quester in hand as well.
Tactic: Questing with Lothíriel lets you play a free questing Rohan ally. Théoden can also quest with Snowmane. Defending is done with Théoden and his Golden Shield. Allies like Háma are here to support defending. Éomer handels the attacking singlehandedly with a possible whopping 9 that can easily smite 2 enemies.
Lothíriel can put in play:
Escort from Edoras with 4 who will be discarded, but brought back to your hand with Gamling or Gúthwinë. So you can keep using him every round.
West Road Traveller with 2 and for her card effect to reoccur. (Gets shuffled back in your deck.)
Éomund with 2 and to ready all questers for combat. (Gets shuffled back in your deck.)
Snowbourn Scout to place a progress token on a location and use Ride to Ruin to place 3 more. The event can be used on anyone ofcourse except Escort from Edoras.
Galadriel with 3 who fetches Gúthwinë if luck allows it :) . Because she gets shuffled back into your deck you can do this search quite often. Just hope that you don't draw all 3 copies of Gúthwinë before that.
Alternatively:
Windfola instead of Steed of Imladris on Lothíriel. I found that I had enough duplicate attachments to get enough discard use.
Master Ironsmith instead of Galadriel. Less but maybe more certain to play Gúthwinë even from discard pile after discarding it with Steed of Imladris.
Rohirrim Scout instead of Snowbourn Scout. Plus 1 and block a revealed enemy from engaging. Or Rider of Rohan if there are side quests.
Elfhelm instead of Elfhelm and Grimbold. You could play him to chump every time you draw him. Elfhelm would really like a Raiment of War :( .
Weaknesses: Théoden his low 4. Horn of Gondor on Théoden would give an extra resource every round so that you could fetch Gamling or Háma with Mustering the Rohirrim and play the ally the same round. Depends if you play the errata version.

-3x Snowbourn Scout +1x Rider of Rohan +2x Horn of Gondor
-1x Ride to Ruin +1x Double Back

Jan 27, 2021her ability don't work. use her for 3 willpower is not bad. and using the horn of gondor without errata is cheating..... |

You know, I had trouble making this deck work with the thematic hero lineup. I was really stubborn on trying to make the idea work :D and have it setup quickly during a game. Well anyways, thx for the feedback guys! (sry for the late response) |
I think there is a mistake under “enters plays” and “play from your hand”. Galadriel should not work with Lothiriel.
