This is one of the 2 decks for "Battle of Pelennor Fields" in my Thematic Saga run (which includes the 2 PoD quests that are inserted after the 1st quest in Black Riders.) I beat the quest twice in 3 tries on Easy Mode with the Fellowship.
Boons: Old Bogey-Stories and Esquire of Rohan are attached to Merry.
Golden Shield is the most important card in this deck by far. It goes on Théoden so he can defend with 5 Armor. This must happen as soon as possible or the Fellowship will lose too many allies to the big attacks in this quest. He should also get the first Unexpected Courage.
This deck is very straightforward to play. Get the Dagger of Westernesse on Merry if you can. Decide whether to use Éowyn's ability early on one of the Wraiths or save it for the Witch-King.
Anytime I see Théoden I smile because I like to see him used effectively. I really like how the deck is set up. I realize not every card is available to everyone, but if you have access to Horn of the Mark you may be able to increase your card draw versus Ancient Mathom or Foe-hammer (as it is dependent on having the weapon).
Éowyn may benefit from a Rohan Warhorse when using her ability. I can also understand not wanting to make things overly complex with the warhorse.
Finally, a copy or two of Éomund may help when assigning him as a defender which would free up everyone for an attack.
Whether or not you make those changes I think the deck looks just fine. I'd be interested in seeing how it does!
