This is derived from the Stereotypical Treebeard-Ally deck. I've replaced Faramir with Balin because I fear Sleeping Sentry, and one of the quests this month is Road to Rivendell. I've also reduced some of the outside cards with cards from Dwarrowdelf/Ringmaker, which we're using this month.
The strategy is simple -- mulligan for Treebeard, get ents in play, and let an army of Ents carry you to victory.
