In an ideal world:

Round 1: Play Strider on Firyal, Play Wingfoot on Haldir of Lórien, sacrifice Folco Boffin. Quest with Firyal and use it's scrying ability to ready Haldir with Wingfoot.

All the victory display stuff is there to enable you to discard most troublesome cards with Woodland Sentry's, returning them to hand with The Tree People to play them again when needed. Glamdring and Ranger Spear to allow some Haldir of Lórien killing in the staging area, avoiding enemies as it is possible while Resourceful helps you with resource management.

As I said... this is an ideal world, because the deck is'nt working as expected. I'm struggling with some quests, and I'm wondering if Galadriel + Galadriel's Handmaiden + Island Amid Perils would be better than Folco for threat management (also, with Island Amid Perils you have another way to return Woodland Sentry to hand), and spirit allows for Mirkwood Long-knife

Needful to Know can actually be good for threat reduction in such a deck since you can decide when to better use it depending on Firyal or Henamart scrying.

Scroll of Isildur is a good way to recur The Tree People or Needful to Know, especially if you include Sword-thain.

Sword-thain is is antisynergyc with Strider, also, a bit expensive for the deck, about Needful to Know, maybe this is the deck, I could give a try, but usually I'm not staying in secrecy as long as I'd like to be, so I'm not sure of it. The main problem I'm facing with the deck is the lack of Willpower in the first rounds, to assure that your threat doesn't raise too fast while you can do your setup.

Another option for threat reduction is Woodmen's Clearing.

A couple of Quickbeam might help with early Willpower. By the way do you sacrifice Folco before or after the first quest phase?

Secret Paths/Radagast's Cunning can also help with early Willpower in a way.
