Race Across Harad solo reminds me a bit of Escape from Dol Guldur, in that I had to try it many times and customize my deck very specifically to be able to beat the quest. My win rate was quite low, perhaps 10-20%, but I finally did it with this deck. I was regularly able to generate 6 resources per turn with Amarthiúl's ability plus Steward of Gondor, so the card draw with expensive cards roughly balanced out. Legolas really shines in this deck and helps significantly with reliable card draw. Faramir + ally swarm is pretty reliable, and with the Tamed Mumak, The Free Peoples is active from Turn 1.
