This is my attempt at a Noldor deck, without any of the Angmar Awakened cycle, since I do not own it. Any suggestions would be welcome! I also don't own Elladan.

I would add Heed the Dream to help ensure you get Elladan quickly.

@Blithe SchlemihlI always forget about that card. I lost my first run at Voyage across Belegaer last night. I think I will drop one rumour from the earth, and one warden of the havens and put in two heed the dream. Thanks for the suggestion and taking time to comment!
