Warden of Arnor 6060
An encounter deck manipulation deck I built for the online epic multiplayer Hunt for the Dreadnaught on 19/12/20. I built the deck with the Silent Mist ship in mind, but it might work in other contexts as well.
Scroll of Isildur -> Bartering -> Resourceful sorts out resource generation, obviously there's a lot of card draw and then most of the rest of the deck just messes with the encounter deck to smooth things out for the other players. Obviously this is a multiplayer-focused deck and should not be played at lower player counts.
