This is a bond of friendship deck featuring one of my favorite traits; the Haradrim. This deck is mainly built with the solo player in mind, but should be ok in multiplayer as well. I've made several Haradrim decks so I won't go into too many of the reasons why I love them so much, but as a solo player they provide you with the tools to take on each aspect of the game.

Mulligan

The biggest hurdle with this deck is probably your first few turns. The cards you want to see the most in your starting hand are Southron Refugee, Steward of Gondor, A Good Harvest, or Elf-stone. These cards will help you start to play cards on your first turn. Steed of the North is also a great card because it will allow Beravor to draw cards do something else like quest or participate in combat. Remember that Kahliel's resources can always be used to pay for Harad allies. So if you are able to play a Southron Refugee on the first turn you can guarantee that you'll be able to play one of your unique Harad allies on turn two by saving the appropriate resources.

Gameplay

I think piloting this deck is pretty straightforward. Your goal is to build up a large board of strong allies and powered up heroes that will be able to handle anything the encounter deck can throw at you. The biggest struggle is making sure that you keep your threat in control. The classic combo of Sneak Attack and Gandalf will help tremendously. The Galadhrim's Greeting can buy you a lot of time. Finally, if you haven't played a lot of games with Beregond it is usually a good idea to keep a small enemy around so that you can consistently use his response. Being able to use Beregond's response every turn will effectively negate the threat raise that happens in the refresh phase and will give you a lot of time to build up your board.

I hope you enjoy playing this deck. Let me know if you have any suggestions on how to improve it.
