Halbarad gets Heir of Valandil and Legacy Blade.
Thurindir setup ability: choose The Storm Comes.

Strategy: Thurindir quests. Halbarad quests and helps allies with attacking. Amarthiúl will be defending a lot. It's a self explanatory Dúnedain deck and does really well in combat and enemy swarm quests. It does need to play together with a questing oriented deck.
