A deck built live on episode 180 of Cardboard of the Rings (https://cardboardoftherings.com/2021/05/18/episode-180-faramirs-value/).
We were given a starting list of 4 heroes (the 3 you see here plus Aragorn). We were also told no contracts allowed.
Lastly, we were given a budget of $10 to spend on "popular" cards. To include these cards in the deck, you have to pay the associated cost. Once you pay the cost, you are allowed to include up to 3x of that card in the deck.
