I set out to craft as many decks as possible using my collection (3x cores, 1x of everything else excluding the 2p starter set, and including the ALeP deluxe) and managed to make 18 total decks before I ran out of sleeves and storage space for them. This is one of those decks. My intent with these decks was to be able to grab two of them at a time and play either 2p or two-handed, so some are very much not solo viable.

My favorite (non-Last Alliance) deck to play currently, despite the fact that I have been playing, tweaking, and testing variants of it since Fall 2019. There are so many fun choices to be had with Lothiriel's ability, discarding allies, and Thengel's ability to bring someone into play. The most important cards to see are Golden Shield -> Gamling -> Horn of the Mark to be able to set up the combo. Thankfully, Need Brooks No Delay can help go digging for some of those pieces if you don't mulligan into them. An ideal turn involves using Lothiriel's ability to put either a Westfold Lancer or Escort From Edoras into play. Then after quest resolution when that ally discards you can use Gamling to return it to hand, triggering Thengel, Horn of the Mark, Light-footed Steed, and Morwen Steelsheen.
