This deck wants the encounter deck to reveal a treachery that blanks all text boxes (or at least doesn't mind if that happens). The idea is to rely on characters that have good stats and either a nice "enters play" effect, no text box, or a negative effect (e.g. "leaves play") in their text box. (This isn't true for every character in this deck, but it is for most.)
It's really fun to heal Beorn for 9 damage if things work out right.
I only tested this deck against Helm's Deep, and I won a few times, so it can't be the worst deck ever made. Basically I hate the treachery card "Devilry of Saruman" but with this deck I was really hoping to see it on a regular basis (and not as a shadow effect). In fact, Firyal sort of helps you find that card if you are really aggressive about using her ability to discard the top encounter card.
Revealed in Wrath is just there for you to get your revenge.
