give all characters horses and bonus from elfhelm in a bof-deck.
i choose hobbits and glorfindel to keep the startingthread low and make most of asfaloth.

One of the bigger problems of my deck was definetly pulling too many enemies due to the starting thread of 38, so its nice to see a version that fixes that issue, I might try to take over some of the things you did ;).
