- keep threat low
- mulligan for a stout defender like Boromir. Combination of Barliman Butterbur receiving buff from Arwen Undómiel makes him a bit more resilient
- card draw shouldn't be a problem between hero actions and pipe actions.
- Beorn can be rather expensive but a combination of discard via Protector of Lórien and two copies of Beorning Skin-changer can get a lot of mileage out of Beorn
