The concept of this deck is to play Gildor's Counsel as much as possible. Gríma and Keys of Orthanc will help you play it while you can also advance your board state. Your threat reduction is for you and your partner to mitigate the fact that you will be using the doomed keyword a lot. A Test of Will because it is just so so good. Halfling Bounder is a test of will copies 4,5 and 6. Miner of the Iron Hills is a flex character and can be slotted out against decks with no condition attachments. Desperate Alliance to give Aragorn to your partner during the Refresh Phase to lower your partner's threat. I have used a previous concept of this deck against really hard quests to good effect. This deck pairs very well with a mono tactics deck using Wait no Longer
