Using the Last Alliance of Noldor and Dwarf, here we plan to take advantage of discarding. Not just from our hand, but from the top of our deck.
(I am aware the Dwarf choices here may seem odd and are not optimized, but that is because this deck is made to partner with the below deck, played by another fellowship member- )

Imladris Stargazer works like a dream to help enable Zigil Miner, though honestly calling 2 and mining for the fences is respectable. Arwen Undómiel helps to get your draw engine online and generate some resource advantage.
Attachments are thin, with the bare minimum here. If you happen to miss a piece on set up your Erebor Hammersmith can pull your needed gear back. Elrond does Elrond things for allies, and Vilya things out, preferably after they been organized a bit for maximum bang for your magical ring power.
The events are thin as well but serve to grow the swarm, er, Alliance. Telling stories with A Very Good Tale and singing Lay of the NauglamÃr lets you dig/discard as needed.

elrond and no healing is a waste. would put in some Imladris Caregiver and or Lembas would discard Harlond Lookout or sewatcher (when you have erebor battlemaster there is barely need for other attacking allies) for the healers.
