If you're totally in to true-to-source Middle-Earth decks, then look away now. This is a wild mess of ideas that I wanted to try out. I had 3 x Ithilien Pit in there which was free to play but offered very little to progress my game state, so this iteration has 3 x Envoy of Pelargir in it (all with 2HP! HAHAHA!!!) to help out with early A Very Good Tale. It's a weird deck and I'm not sure yet if it's any good.

Apr 11, 2022All my copies of Steward are in different decks at the moment, otherwise it really would add to the lack of canon in the deck! Between Damrod, Theodred, Gandalf's Staff and the Elf-stones, resources weren't too bad, despite the high cost curve. I don't own Keen as Lances, but it could be interesting. Pillars of the Kings is there mostly as an emergency threat reducer. It's a new card that I'm trying out. Are there other threat reducers in these spheres from the first two cycles, first 6 sagas or the starter decks that would do it better? |

if you domnot care about theme, then give gandalf the Steward of Gondor, so you can pay everything with his ability.
max the pipe
cannot see the big benefit of Pillars of the Kings here, would replace them with either carddraw or traps or Keen as Lances or boosting gandalf with Flame of Anor
