Random idea I had when playing the mirkwood cycle about trying to boost dunhere enough to one shot trolls in the staging area. The theory is low starting threat and mulligan for song of battle and Stewart attach to theoden and bring out the Eagles then boost dunhere with support of the eagles, axes and dunedain marks. First deck any advice or alterations is welcome, pretty sure it wouldn't run very good in game but as I'm pretty new trying to figure out how to takedown trolls without them getting an attack this is the best I got (I know the arnor forest snare combo).

Fun idea for a deck. I recently got Spear of the Mark from the Riders of Rohan starter deck which makes this idea a lot easier to achieve. Dagger of Westernesse from the Black Riders set can do it too. Either way you run into trouble if the troll comes down from the staging area for any reason. My favourite little combo at the moment is to use Fastred to defend and put an enemy back into staging (with a threat reduction) so Dunhere can kill it with his spears. Happy gaming!
