5th time... Already exposing my learning of LOTR... 4th deck was an epic fail as usual ^^... Dried of cards and Will for questing... Would try @doomguard 's advices with more hobbits, pipes and smokes ^^...

This is much better than your first deck. Nice job! However, it still lacks a purpose. What is the benefit of lowering your threat without secrecy or attacking the staging area. If you want to attack the staging area, I think Dúnhere would work better than (MotK) Legolas. If you want secrecy, add Resourceful and the spirit secrecy cards. The pipes are a great idea. You just need to use the threat reduction for some purpose. Just so you know, you can only use one MotK hero. Such heroes are enabled through the Messenger of the King contract. Thus, you can only have one. Having two Great Yew Bows is not enough to guarantee seeing them. Without drawing it or Golden Shield you have no defense. Thus, in roughly a third of games, you will not be able to defend most enemies and will probably lose. I think adding Fastred, Spear of the Mark, and Foe-hammer would be great if you decide to go with Dúnhere. Then, you could cut the pipes and use Éowyn as your third hero. I hope that this is somewhat helpful. Good deck building is very difficult. Just think about how you are going to do the major parts of the game: quest, attack, defend, draw cards.
