Resource building and unexhausting.
Fortune or Fate is not worth it at all. It requires you to draw CelebrÃan's Stone before it can be played and will take five turns after that with resource acceleration. While Steward of Gondor does help somewhat, it is not worth it. If you want to use the icon for something. A Test of Will or Unexpected Courage are far stronger cards. With a good deck, you should never be losing heroes. I would add an additional Gandalf and Sneak Attack for card draw and threat reduction. That combination is great with a limited card pool. Envoy of Pelargir is a great card that should be here. Soldier of Gondor should be at 3x as it provides much needed card draw.
