perhaps you think you can use Stand and Fight on Gandalf. you cannot. neutral is not defined as a "sphere".

or how do u want to get 24 gandalfs into play?

It would be far easier to include more Will of the West and then Beravor for card draw. So maybe use Éowyn, Beravor, and Théodred.
