Decided to play around with taking the parts of the Rohan and Silvan Starter Decks and mashing them together with the Bond of Friendship contract.
Pretty straight forward deck. Get Horn of the Mark and Elf-Friend on Lothiriel, then bounce Silvans in for the effect and card draw when they leave.
Celeborn is the early defender until Rossiel can get stuff in the victory display. Eomer should always be attacking for at least 5 due to Silvans bouncing in and out.
