A Three Hunters deck I put together to play a couple heroes I don't play often (or ever in Spirit Legolas's case). Bilbo quests, Erkenbrand defends, and Legolas attacks. Legolas eventually can quest and attack with Unexpected Courage. Bilbo also often can get built into a secondary attacker when Legolas uses ability to ready him.

Light of Valinor would be great for Legolas. I would also include Elven Spear for faster contract flipping and to use Elven-light.

Light of Valinor and Snowmane should be autoinclude or rohan and elves. its up to 8 wp more (and snowmane is cheap restricted)

@LEGOlas I opted for Unexpected Courage since it can go on any of the 3 heroes. The deck already struggles a bit flipping the contract because there is no overlap in traits and more trait specific attachments would hurt consistency. Also it let's me use Legolas to attack twice in a round if I need to. Light of Valinor only lets me quest and attack. I'd add a third Unexpected Courage before I would use Light of Valinor.

@doomguard I'd rather load up Erkenbrand with defensive attachments. There's already plenty that are good for him with Ancestral Armor, Armored Destrier, Gondorian Shield, Raiment of War, and Round Shield that getting him 2 or even 3 restricted attachments isn't a challenge. Besides Massing at Osgiliath has a lot of enemies and The Witch-King's 6 attack plus some nasty shadows. I'd rather make sure he's a strong defender than worry about questing with him. Besides if Erkenbrand does quest, Spirit Legolas can always ready him just by pitching a card.
