I do recommend you put in "Sword-Thain" to turn one of the better allies into a 4th hero, but it is a bit expensive, so I leave that decision to you.
Other sideboard cards are staple will or resource getters.
I would replace Brok Ironfist with Bifur and Smoke Rings with We Are Not Idle and A Very Good Tale.
