New player, first time trying to build a more thought-out deck with my limited card pool. I have revised Core, the Angmar Awakened Hero box, and the Fellowship Saga box.

Playing with my wife and brother. He's on the tricolor dwarf starter, she's built a leadership/tactics hero Gandalf deck, and took the Steward of Gondors.

Absent the Stewards, I"m using Arwen to help generate resources, but I"m worried that Aragorn/Glorfindel run my starting threat a little on the high side, especially without Ally Gandalf to help lower threat.

We tried playing Journey Along the Anduin last week and lost in the end so I wanted to bring more healing for the group this time around.

Welcome to the game! My initial thought with this deck is that your starting threat is too high. Without making any fundamental changes, I would recommend swapping Glorfindel for Denethor, or Aragorn for Theodred. Theodred would be nice for giving resources to other players (as long as you're not the first player, otherwise his ability only works on yourself). I would definitely put 3x Elven-light, it's an amazing card draw piece for you. I'd also add Protector of Lorien, which can combo nicely with Elven-Lights and help you get rid of extra copies of unique cards. If you choose to swap Glorfindel I would remove Fair and Perilous, and maybe reduce Tale of Tinuviel to 2x or 1x. I wold also add Galadhrim's Greeting for Journey Along the Andion. Good luck!

Hello @TheGameLocker, thanks for giving me some feedback. While the threat did run on the high side, I liked that I could use Arwen's ability to grant either of the other spheres resources. When we played last weekend I did get to live the dream and play Fair and Perilous on Glorfindel for that sweet 6 attack power. I didn't really like Tale of Tinuviel, so I can definitely swap that out for some of your other suggestions.
