This is an (admittedly bad) idea for a Doomed starter to go with Kattattack22's Eagle starter deck: https://ringsdb.com/decklist/view/38294/eaglestarterdeck-1.0 Thurindir is included since he combines good with Angmar Awakened stuff and because I couldn't fill 50 cards with Doomed. Since you draw your starting hand before triggering our Ranger friend you can grab a side quest based on which Songs, if any, you draw. 1xLegacy Blade can go on Saruman, the Songs on Thurindir and the second Blade. Defiant Challenge readies two characters with Saruman. Frodo is the best drip threat reduction not already in revised content, he gets the Keys of Orthanc. Please give suggestions on how to make this remotely playable? Thank you in advance!

Nice deck. I would add a Dunedain Message just to get those side quests out there faster.

Dúnedain Message is in Revised Content, so it runs counter to the intent of this deck.
I found it horrible at combat solo, since you have no defender other than Gildor. The sideboard is a mess of stuff I dropped along the way.
