The worst thing about Silvan decks is there's not enough space to fit all the good things in, and they are across all 4 spheres. Without Thranduil in my collection, the simplest answer to both these "problems" is Bond of Friendship (4 spheres, max 2 or each card). This deck is designed to partner my Bond of Friendship Dwarves deck, so it's nicely thematic to have Bifur alongside the Silvans as an Unlikely Friend(ship). As is always the case, Silvans are a bit of a glass cannon, and need to be protected from board wipes. Depending on the quest, A Test of Will, Hasty Stroke and Elrond's Counsel are all good techs against game-enders. Daughter of the Nimrodel or Silvan Tracker can be swapped in or out for one another to meet your healing needs in the quest. Mulligan for O Lorien or Unlikely Friendship and then enjoy all the beautiful Elven art.

Jun 08, 2023Thank you. Those hero changes would work well too. I've been playing Thurindir alongside Gandalf and MOTK Bilbo in a deck lately and been loving him. Ranged support for the Dwarves is really essential in this Fellowship though, so I like Legolas here. |
Jun 10, 2023That makes sense. I just need a well-rounded solo deck, so I wanted Gimli's hitpoints. |
I just made a similar deck for the hobbit saga, replacing Legolas with Gimli and Bifur for Thurindir. However, this version looks pretty good.
