The idea of this deck is to play a good Bond of Friendship deck without Steward of Gondor to play multiplayer.
Starting threat is 38 but we can play doomed cards easily thanks to Frodo Baggins and Galadriel. (plus Galadriel's Handmaiden, Double Back, Secret Vigil, Gandalf...)
With Captain's Wisdom we have enough ressources to pay everything (our cards are low cost). Exhausting is not a real cost because Frodo Baggins ready Galadriel after commiting to the quest.
Frodo's response can be free thanks to Beorn's Welcome (ans Osbera's too.)
We draw with Galadriel every turn, but we have Gléowine, Daeron's Runes, Deep Knowledge and Gandalf too.
Drinking Song can be used to have Legacy of Númenor T1.
T1 with just Nenya we quest at 8 and Beorn handle the fight easily.
Beorn is very resistant thanks to Osbera and next with Honour Guard and Subdued. Subdued let Osbera if we want.
For other players we have of course doomed cards but also Beorn, The Long Defeat, Secret Vigil, Man the Walls, Warden of Healing , cancels and two nice side quests.

Frodo Baggins can't ready Galadriel because Frodo can only ready "another unique character committed to the quest", and Galadriel "cannot quest". She can add her willpower to another character who is questing, which helps the quest, but she is not herself committed to the quest.
