This is a pretty simple deck utilizing The Last Alliance to put Cloak of Lórien and Relic of Nargothrond on Vigilant Dúnadan without needing Elf-friend. The cost reduction is also nice to get Arwen Undómiel and Vigilant Dúnadan into play quickly to set up the full combo. The rest of the deck is there for consistency. Círdan the Shipwright provides Narya, Thurindir provides Gather Information, Aragorn provides a icon and can later play the cards using Estel. Imladris Stargazer, Master of the Forge, Galdor of the Havens allow you to find the combo pieces quickly, while To the Sea, to the Sea! helps you play them. If you want the deck to be stronger, add Elven-light and Seasoned Forager. Overall, you should be infinitely defending with a 5-8 Vigilant Dúnadan pretty quickly. You just pair this with a questing deck to clear your side quests.

no, the trait is only checked at the moment of attaching. but with contract he can only attach 1 noldor-attachement per round ( the chosen card must be the attachement: ....attach to a noldor OR DUNEDAIN character...) to the dunedain
