This deck was built to take on Helm's Deep! It's useless in any other quest I tried, adjusted for regular play of course, but it provided epic fun and eventually a pretty comprehensive win against Helm's Deep. As that deck throws its might against you, the judgement here is knowing when to throw down which, any or (seldom) several of your heavyweight events in response each round. You will need some luck as well, of course, given the difficulty of the quest. In your opening hand, Sneak Attack and Gandalf are of course nice to see, but not to be played in the opening round, as you want that enemy in the staging area to avoid drawing an extra card. Horn of the Mark and Gamling are great to see too, as they will help you to get benefits from Escort from Edoras and Westfold Lancer. Feint is of course useful too, given Hama's recycling ability. There is quite a lot of readying in this deck, as you will need to quest hard and fight. Aragorn's ability, The Three Hunters, Need Drives Them, Cram, Hold Your Ground! and most especially Éomund are all highly useful. I love this game, but playing this deck against this quest has been the most fun I have had. It's a nerve-shredder but utterly thrilling. Using Justice Shall Be Done at the start of the eighth round feels immense; that's how I got over the line with the win.
