I am sticking with two spheres of influence with events and attachments that account for hero captures. Cards like Song of Kings, Star Brooch, and Tale of Tinúviel help move abilities among heros and build on Arwen Undómiel and Aragorn being together. The hope is that either Arwen or Eowyn is initially captured.
